These Terms apply to your use of the Wisemango website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This site and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and above only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photo ID on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every booking depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where relevant; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a booking. Full settlement is due on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows pay the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaks our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and above. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits may be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this site (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Wisemango or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property statutes.

9. External links

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not liable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by International law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
